Billing questions
When are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when you start a task and charged after the service confirms a successful result. Failed tasks are not charged. If only some requested animations succeed, only those delivered actions are charged.
How does annual billing work?
The full annual amount is charged upfront. You receive a new credit allowance each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I start for free?
Sign in with a verified account to receive 50 welcome credits once, valid for 30 days. There are no daily free uses or recurring free credits. Local viewing and conversion need no sign-in and use no credits. Model and screenshot downloads require a paid plan and use no additional credits.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Credits remain available through the paid period, subject to their monthly expiration. Future pricing changes are not a lifetime price guarantee.
